My last sunset in Morocco after 5 wonderful months. Now, crossing the Strait of Gibraltar, I’m officially in Europe…
Faro Punta Almina from Marina Smir, direction: Gibraltar. It doesn’t seem but there were 25 knots of wind.. Just 23 miles but with many cargo ships going in any direction. I don’t have pictures after this lighthouse because it became dark soon and the sea was roughly, with fast and strong waves.

I entered in the Mediterranean sea! Some waves at the beginning, just in front of Tanger, but then flat sea and strong wind (20-30knots). With genoea for the first 20 miles, wind coming from Ovest, up to 7-8 knots. Then I opened the main sail with 2 reefs and, in close-hauled, I arrived at Marina Smir, Morocco.
There are no showers in this harbour. So I invented one using a solar shower and a bit of creativity.
